About the Program
Our Tech-cum-Softskills Training Program is meticulously designed to empower 20 to 30 day scholars, particularly targeting girls from socio-economically underserved communities, who have recently completed graduation or are in their final year of Science and Computer Science streams. The program is slated for a comprehensive 6-month duration, offering a full-time immersive experience comprising technical training, soft skills development, project work, and placements for deserving candidates. We are excited to announce the proposed start date for this transformative journey: June 2024.
The training will be for a period of 6 months, immersing participants in a full-time, 6-hour-a-day in-person program.
This includes 4 hours dedicated to technical content and 2 hours to soft skills training. The curriculum is structured to progress through three main phases: classroom training, hands-on project work, and deployment.

Further to the call for applications, selection will be based on assessments and personal interviews. This process will include counseling for both parents and applicants to ensure alignment with program objectives and participant expectations.

Participants will have the opportunity to specialize Full Stack Development (comprising Mobile App and Web App development). Throughout the program, dedicated trainers and volunteering subject matter experts will guide and mentor participants, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

We understand the importance of specialized expertise in both teaching and project execution. Therefore, our program shall recruit separate coaches for teaching and projects. Technical trainers for each stream, experienced Project Leads, and Soft Skills trainers shall form the backbone of our instructional team. Their combined efforts shall ensure comprehensive support for participants throughout their journey.

The process shall be designed to identify individuals with passion, perseverance, and a drive for excellence. Candidates shall be evaluated based on their consistency, persistence, and performance in assessments. Regular assignments, complex questions, puzzles, and aptitude tests shall form part of the evaluation process, ensuring a fair and comprehensive selection of the top candidates for suitable positions.

While we aim to provide equal opportunities for all participants, we recognize the diverse capabilities and challenges they may bring. Variances in student capabilities, availability of instructors, project allotment, and addressing behavioral issues are among the challenges we shall proactively tackle. Our Soft Skills curriculum, tailored to address such challenges, shall equip participants with essential life skills for personal and professional growth.
